1. Cancellation before 21 days prior to check-in date – No Retention or Cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation before 07-15 days prior to check-in date 50% of the total stay will be charged.

3. Cancellation before 07 days prior to check-in date 100% retention or cancellation will be charged.
